Behind Gipfelhirsch, there is a band of curious gourmets, led by Matthias Hirsch (alias the “ oregano gangster ”) and a whole team offlavor explorers.
Their mission?
Unearth exceptional spices, create artisanal blends and surprise your taste buds, always with a good dose of passion (and a little rock'n'roll side 🤘).
Their spices are hand-prepared in Wallisellen (ZH), without additives or compromises, with local or fair ingredients whenever possible.
The result?

Gourmet escape between urban jungle and campfire.
This bold spice blend marries the sweetness of cane sugar and the intensity of coffee with an irresistible trio: Garlic, Onion, and warm spices (cinnamon, cumin). Cayenne and Charapita peppers add a subtle floral touch, which gently explodes in the mouth.
Generously rub on meats or vegetables before cooking (the famous rub), or sprinkle on a creamy guacamole, a grilled avocado, or even stuffed mushrooms. Versatile, vibrant, a bit rebellious — it transforms every dish into an adventure.

Where and when do you deliver?
🚚 Throughout Switzerland, from Tuesday to Saturday!
Your meals are delivered quickly and securely via Planzer,
DPD, DHL or Swiss Post (among others), directly to the address of your choice.
📅 When will I receive my order?
You can choose the delivery date at checkout.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday → Delivery J+2 possible.
- Orders placed Saturday to Sunday → Delivery from the following Tuesday.
Selecting a precise time slot is not yet available, but we're working on it! 🫡
💰 What are the delivery fees?
Our fees are progressive and free for orders over CHF 150.- !
Examples :
- CHF 10.50 for orders between CHF 65.- and CHF79.-
- CHF 9.90 for orders between CHF 80.- and CHF105.-
📦 What happens if I’m not home?
No worries! 😊
By default, our carriers leave your package at the safest and most convenient location (lobby, under the mailboxes…).
Your order is well protected with an insulated package that ensures its freshness until your return.
✍️ Can I request a hand delivery?
Yes!
Select the option “Signature upon delivery” at checkout. This option is especially useful if you have mobility or handling issues. Please note, you must be present at the time of delivery (inevitably 😅).
🛡 What should I do in case of delivery delays?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time. But if logistical issues occur, don't panic:
- If your delivery is delayed by more than 24h (J+2), we will refund you in full upon request.
- Your order is protected by its insulated packaging and remains fresh even in case of delivery delays.
- If you have a question, write to us at bienbonjour@bienbon.ch and we will find a solution together.
❄️ How long can I keep my meals after delivery?
Our meals can be kept for several months in the refrigerator. You can enjoy them whenever you like, without any rush! 🎉
How can I change or cancel my order?
Need to change or cancel your order? You can change or cancel your order up to noon on the day before your delivery or collection date..
📩 How do I change my order?
Send us an e-mail to bienbonjour@bienBon.chindicating your order number and the desired changes.
⏳ After this period :
changes or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed, except in exceptional casesassessed by our customer service department.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or missing product?
We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. But if an issue arises, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt:

✅ Photos of the affected product and its packaging.
✅ The conditions of receipt and storage of the product.
We will carefully review your request and do our best to offer you a satisfactory solution. 😊
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund of the affected product, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Since each request is unique, we will assess it carefully to provide the best possible response. 💪
