Can I pick up my food on site?

Of course you can! 🎉 If you prefer pick up your dishes directly from usit's quick and easy:

1️⃣ Select "Pick up on site when validating your basket.
2️⃣ Choose date and time slot that suits you.
3️⃣ Confirm your order and complete payment.

You'll receive a confirmation e-mail with all instructions so you can pick up your food with complete peace of mind!

How do you deliver?

Your food will be delivered by one of our partner carriers, such as Planzer, DPD or La Poste (among others). We'll let them know the date and, if applicable, the delivery options you've selected.

What time will I be delivered?

We'd like to be able to give you a precise time... but our carriers have their own organization and are rather discreet on the subject. 😉

In any case :

  • You'll receive an e-mail from them as soon as your order is picked up, including a tracking number.
  • An estimated time of arrival may be given (we cannot guarantee that this will be met, however).
  • Delivery can be early in the morning or late at night. Thank you for your patience!

👉 Need delivery before noon? Simply select the corresponding option above.

What if I'm not there at the time of delivery?

By default, we ask our delivery drivers to drop off your parcel at the following addressStarter of your home. Why do we do this?

  1. So you don't have to stay at home all day waiting for your order.
  2. And there's no risk of your parcel being sent back to the warehouse if you're away.


❄️ Your dishes are protected in isothermal packaging that guarantees their freshness until you return home. !

I would prefer my parcel to be delivered by hand...

No problem!

If you would like your parcel to be delivered directly to you, select the option "delivery against signature" option option above. This option is particularly useful if you have mobility or gripping problems.

⚠️ Just a reminder: if you choose the latter, make sure you're at home on the day of deliveryOtherwise, the delivery person will not be able to drop off the parcel.

What should I do if my order isn't delivered on the date I've chosen?

This is exceptional, but unfortunately delays can occur...

💡 Good to know :

  • Thanks to pasteurization and packagingyour dishes remain safe even outside the fridge for 48 hours (but don't forget to check the jars on receipt - see methods below).
  • Planning a meal with friends or family? We advise you to plan ahead by choosing an earlier delivery date - you can never be too careful!
  • A problem receiving your parcel if it's delayed? Contact us and together we'll find the best solution.

And if your order is delayed by more than 24 hours (i.e. delivery on D+2 from the scheduled date), we will full refund, upon request.

How can I be sure that the jars are fresh?

Our jars are carefully sealed to guarantee optimal preservation. But if you want to be sure that everything is perfect before tasting, here are a few tips to help you do just that. quick and easy tests tests:

🔘 Lid test

  • Press center the small button should not not sag.
  • Try unscrewing it a little force should be necessary (if it opens too easily, it's suspect).

How are the dishes packaged?

Our dishes are carefully packaged to preserve their flavours, textures and nutritional qualities.

🫙 JarsTradition and practicality!

  • Our dishes are packaged in glass jarsguaranteeing freshness and optimal preservation.
  • You receive your order in a isothermal boxdesigned to keep the cold chain to your door.

🔪 Vacuum bagsIdeal for certain dishes!

  • Some of our dishes are packaged in vacuum bagsa technique that preserves flavors even better and enables optimal reheating.
  • If this is the case, it will be indicated on the product sheet.

👉 A reminder: as soon as you receive it, put it in the fridge! ❄️

What is the shelf life of dishes?

Our dishes are carefully pasteurized - in other words, they are cooked at low temperature for long hourswhich allows them to preserve themselves naturally for for several weeks, even months... and all that with no added preservatives ! Magic, isn't it? ✨

👉 Stress-free you have plenty of time to enjoy them at your own pace. An impromptu dinner? A well-stocked fridge? Our jars are there to simplify your life!

How do I reheat my food?

It's simple ! Just choose the method that suits you best:

🍲 In the pan (our preferred method!)

  • Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan.
  • Heat 5 to 10 minutes over medium heatstirring occasionally.

Tip Add a dash of water if necessary for the perfect texture!

🔄 In the microwave (quick and easy!)

  • Pour the ingredients into a suitable dish.
  • Cover to prevent splattering.
  • Heat 3 to 5 minutesdepending on the power of your appliance, at maximum power.

🔥 In the oven (depending on dishes)

  • Some dishes are best reheated in the traditional oven (15 min at 180°C) for a perfect texture and gratiné!

♨️ In a bain-marie (if indicated on the label)

  • Place the jar in a pot of boiling water, cover, remove from heat and wait. 25 to 30 minutes.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Need to change or cancel your order? You can change or cancel your order up to noon on the day before your delivery or collection date..

📩 How do I change my order?

Send us an e-mail to bienbonjour@bienBon.chindicating your order number and the desired changes.

After this period :

changes or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed, except in exceptional casesassessed by our customer service department.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. But if an issue arises, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt:

✅ A description of the issue.
✅ Photos of the affected product and its packaging.
✅ The conditions of receipt and storage of the product.

We will carefully review your request and do our best to offer you a satisfactory solution. 😊
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund of the affected product, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Since each request is unique, we will assess it carefully to provide the best possible response. 💪

Do you recover the jars?

Yes, and with pleasure! 🌍✨ We believe in intelligent reuse and waste reduction, which is why we're recover and reuse our jars.

📦 How does it work?

1️⃣ Keep an isothermal box bienBon.ch and fill it with as much empty (clean) jars.
2️⃣ Add the ice packs if you have them, we'll reuse them too! ❄️
3️⃣ Receive a return label :

  • We regularly include return labels in your parcels.
  • If you do not have onesend us an e-mail to bienbonjour@bienBon.ch with your preferred trade-in date, and we'll send you one to print out.

📩 Stick the label on and hand the parcel over to the carrier. (Planzer or other, depending on your region).
