Frequently asked questions

Will I have enough to eat?

Simple answer: yes!

The quantity (400-450g) and nutritional value of our main dishes (rich in fibre in particular) means that we can satisfy the appetites and needs of as many people as possible!

If you'd like to spice up your meal, and in the interests of a balanced diet, choose a piece of seasonal fruit and a yoghurt (vegetable?).

How are the dishes packaged?

To preserve their organoleptic and nutritional qualities, our dishes are packed in jars. They are then delivered fresh in isothermal cartons. Freshness guaranteed on arrival!

Some dishes may be packed in vacuum bags, in which case this will be indicated on the description sheet.

Don't forget to refrigerate!

Where and when do you deliver?

Dans toute la Suisse, du mardi au samedi !

Vos plats sont livrés via la Poste (ou tout autre transporteur, au cas par cas), à l’adresse de votre choix (au bureau, à la maison, etc.).

Vous avez la possibilité de choisir la date de livraison qui vous convient le mieux à l'étape de validation de votre panier d'achats (veuillez noter que la sélection du créneau horaire n'est pas encore disponible).

Commande passée du lundi au vendredi
=> Livraison J+2 disponible

Commande passée du samedi au dimanche
=> Livraison à partir du mardi de la semaine suivante

Les frais de livraison sont par ailleurs dégressifs en fonction du montant de votre commande : ils atteignent par exemple CHF9.90 pour toute commande comprise entre CHF80 et CHF105 et sont offerts à partir de CHF150 d'achats.

Enfin, en cas d'absence, vos colis seront déposés à l'endroit jugé le plus pertinent par le transporteur (hall d'entrée ou sous les boîtes aux lettres par exemple). L'emballage isotherme leur permettra de rester frais jusqu'à votre retour le jour même !

N'oubliez pas : vos plats peuvent être conservés au réfrigérateur plusieurs semaines après réception !

Can I pick up my food on site?

Yes, absolutely!

All you have to do is select the "Pick-up on site" option at the shopping cart validation stage, choose the date and time slot that suits you best, then click on "Pick-up on site" at the next stage.

Further instructions will be sent to you in the order confirmation e-mail.

How do I reheat my meals?

In a saucepan
5-10 minutes over medium heat (add a dash of water if necessary)

Microwave
3 to 5 minutes
(depending on your appliance - pour the ingredients into a suitable dish beforehand)

We also recommend reheating certain dishes in a conventional oven (15 min. at 180°C) or bain-marie (8-10 min.), which will be specified on the label if necessary.
