This Japanese lager, infused with yuzu, offers a lovely lemony freshness and slight bitterness that perfectly balance the acidity of the tamarind and the umami flavors of the Asian sauce. Good news: our jars are tightly closed to guarantee the freshness of your dishes... but not so tight that you have to arm-wrestle with them! Here's a few foolproof techniques to open them without breaking a sweat:

💪 The "brute force" method (for the daring 💥)

If you've got an iron fist (or are looking for an excuse to build up your forearms), grab the jar firmly with one hand, the lid with the other... and turn with determination !

🔪 The "grandma" method (or the art of leverage 🧑‍🍳)

Take a round-tipped knifeslide it into the gap between the lid and the glass and lever gently. A little "pop" and it's open!

🔨 The "shock" method (when diplomacy fails) 😆)

If your work surface (or board) is safe, gently tap the lid on the surface. The air will permeate, a little "pop" will be heard, and your jar opens as if by magic !
