This high-altitude Fendant (Chasselas) comes from vines planted between 550 and 800 m, in an alpine terroir. Floral, slightly sparkling, with a refreshing minerality, it balances the richness of the millefeuille and the salinity of the sheep's tomme, while evoking mountain stones and herbs. Discover here

If you've got an iron fist (or are looking for an excuse to build up your forearms), grab the jar firmly with one hand, the lid with the other... and turn with determination !

Take a round-tipped knifeslide it into the gap between the lid and the glass and lever gently. A little "pop" and it's open!

🔨 The "shock" method (when diplomacy fails) 😆)

If your work surface (or board) is safe, gently tap the lid on the surface. The air will permeate, a little "pop" will be heard, and your jar opens as if by magic !
