One lard is good. Two is even better. One melts in your mouth, the other crisps just right... and you, in the middle, wondering why you've spent so many years with just one lard on your plate. In short, a duo that puts everyone in agreement (except perhaps your scale).

How to... Open the jars?

Good news: our jars are tightly closed to guarantee the freshness of your dishes... but not so tight that you have to arm-wrestle with them! Here's a few foolproof techniques to open them without breaking a sweat:

💪 The "brute force" method (for the daring 💥)

If you've got an iron fist (or are looking for an excuse to build up your forearms), grab the jar firmly with one hand, the lid with the other... and turn with determination !

🔪 The "grandma" method (or the art of leverage 🧑‍🍳)

Take a round-tipped knifeslide it into the gap between the lid and the glass and lever gently. A little "pop" and it's open!

🔨 The "shock" method (when diplomacy fails) 😆)

If your work surface (or board) is safe, gently tap the lid on the surface. The air will permeate, a little "pop" will be heard, and your jar opens as if by magic !
