Savoury recipe - Cherry tomato and goat's cheese tart

Here's a recipe for a tart with cherry tomatoes and goat's cheese that's quick to prepare and very tasty.
If you wish, you can find very good artisanal tart shells in small grocery stores. It's a good, quick alternative that's guaranteed additive-free. Alternatively, you can use shortcrust pastry recipe given for this pie.
The higher the quality of the goat's cheese you choose, the more full-bodied and flavorful your tart will be!

Ingredients
1 | 22cm shortcrust pastry base |
150g | Heavy cream |
2 tablespoons | Mustard |
150g | Tomato pulp |
500g | Cherry tomatoes |
1 | Ash goat log |
1 branch | Rosemary |
Instructions
Step 1/5
Preheat oven to 210°C.
Butter and flour a tart tin about 18cm in diameter.
Lay out the pastry and prick the base with a fork.

In a bowl, combine the crème fraîche, tomato pulp and mustard.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir to combine.eposit on the entire pie crust.

Halve the tomatoes and sprinkle over the tart.
Set aside.

Add the goat's cheese, evenly cubed, then the fries.rosemary sprigs and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 5/5
Place in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, and leave to cool before serving.
